What You Get

Funded International Tour & Free Training

As a participating venue, you will be integrated into a high-profile international tour spanning Ukraine, Romania, Norway, and Greece. To support your involvement, the program provides:

Fully Funded Expenses Coverage for hall rental costs during the tour — one concert in each country.

Direct Expert Support Guidance on aligning your venue with the latest EU Ecodesign Regulations (ESPR) and ISO 20121:2024 standards.

Free Technical Workshops Complimentary access to expert-led toolkit implementation workshops covering all six sustainability areas. To ensure success, attendance at the workshops is mandatory for joining the program.

Practical Tools An Implementation Workbook with ready-to-use KPI trackers, staff onboarding guides, and vendor evaluation frameworks — yours to keep and use immediately.

Peer Network Access to a dedicated facilitated network for peer learning and knowledge sharing with other leading European venues.

Sustainable Sourcing & Digital Transparency Map and score your suppliers (100-point framework). Target 60%+ local sourcing within 200 km. Fair Trade, FSC, ISO 14001, B Corp — which certifications matter and how to verify them.

Decarbonized Mobility Address the 40–60% of your footprint from audience travel. Transit partnerships, bike parking (1 space per 20 capacity), EV infrastructure, Green Rider transport clauses.

Water Stewardship Smart fixtures, real-time monitoring, greywater reuse systems. Target: under 10L per attendee by 2026, under 7L by 2028.

Social Sustainability Community ticket programs, accessibility beyond minimum standards, neurodiversity provisions, living wage policies, fair artist compensation, and Social Return on Investment (SROI) measurement.
